UCU Derby exists to help its members to have a good working life. Much of this work is done by representing all members collectively, but sometimes people have a need for individual support and representation in their interactions with the University. This might include helping you to deal with bullying, a relationship with a difficult manager or sort out issues with your contract.

This kind of personal case work and representation is done by trained volunteers from the branch. If you are interested in becoming one of these volunteers then please contact UCU Derby.
