Negotiations on the 2026/27 pay claim have now ended.

UCU and the other campus unions received the final offer from the employers’ representatives Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA).

The elected representatives on UCU’s higher education committee (HEC) decided to launch a consultative (electronic) ballot on the offer.
